AQUABLEND - 902 ( SILICA ANTISCLANT FOR R.O. )
AQUABLEND-902 is designed formulation of antisclant for the feed water with higher levels of silica & metal oxides. Use of aquablend-902 will ensure control of silica scales & fouling due to metal oxide. This will give longer performance of the machine. BENEFITS Allows effective scale control.Aquablend-902 minimizes scaling due to metal oxides & reduces cleaning frequency. Effective over wide range of concentration such as residual coagulants or aluminum – rich silica or iron. It is stable over broad range of pH & temperature.
Eliminate conventional treatment. Aquablend-902 successfully replaces conventional treatment of SHMP hence eliminating the drawbacks of using it. Maximum recover Aquablend-902 effectively controls calcium / strontium / barium scales providing optimum control of feed water with conc. Silica level up to 280 ppm Control deposition of suspended solids. Aquablend-902 dispersed slit & colloidal particles thereby keeping membrane clean. It is also non corrosive liquid miscible with water. APPLICATION. AQUABLEND- 902 should be dosed in 1-10 ppm (neat ). AQUABLEND-921 is designed formulation of cleaners for the effective removal of carbonates , metal oxide & sulfate scales of barium , strontium & calcium in reverse osmosis. Sysrem. BENEFITS For reverse osmosis system operating on feed water containing barium , strontium apart from the common hardness forming salts. Aquablend-921 effectively removes difficult barium sulfate scales also scales of calcium & strontium. Low foam formation & liquid cleaner which allows shorter mixing time. Cost effective. No adverse effect of working system.APPLICATION.
